Current Career Opportunities:
The Hiring Process
Existing vacancies are published in local newspapers, our website (www.dmi.ca), and several online recruitment sites. Each vacancy notice will specify the position, department, duties, and minimum requirements, as well as the closing date for applications.
Completed resumes / application, together with all the necessary supporting documents, should be e-mailed (career@dmi.ca) or delivered to the Human Resources Department at the address below no later than the closing date printed on the vacancy notice.
All complete applications will be reviewed by the Human Resources Recruiter, along with a pre-selected hiring team representing the target vacancy department, who will review the applications and interview candidates. Once the Recruitment Team has determined its choice for the position, the successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified accordingly.
Unsuccessful applications will receive an e-mail or letter informing them that they have not been chosen for the position upon the hire of the successful candidate. Resumes of the unsuccessful candidates will be kept on file for one (1) year.
